BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Abderrahim was appointed Director of ISTA Youssoufia in November 2022, a pivotal role he has continued to occupy with distinction since his nomination. His leadership has been marked by an exceptionally industrious and dedicated work ethic, which also played a crucial role in driving the institute’s progress and fostering a productive environment for both staff and trainees.

A testament to his proactive approach, Mr. Abderrahim has been profoundly engaged with various stakeholders in the Youssoufia region over the past year. His deep involvement has been particularly vital in overseeing and steering the ambitious reconstruction project of the institute. This significant undertaking aims to modernize and enhance the facilities, ensuring that ISTA Youssoufia continues to provide a high-quality learning environment for its community.

Before assuming his current directorship, Mr. Abderrahim cultivated a diverse and rich professional background, gaining valuable experience across both the private and public sectors. Among his notable past roles, he served for four consecutive years as the head of the maintenance division at a prominent local Moroccan company. This position allowed him to refine his technical expertise and develop strong managerial capabilities essential for leading complex operations.

Academically, Mr. Abderrahim holds a Moroccan state engineering degree, awarded by the ENSMR (École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Rabat).
